“Annamacharya Bhavana Vahini”(ABV)

Annamacharya Bhavana Vahini: Founded “Annamacharya Bhavana Vahini”(ABV) in 1983 with the motto: “Eradication of Thought-Pollution through Divine Music”. This project, has trained over fifteen thousand students, most into professional singers and various musical and devotional activities this institute take up include National Level Music Competitions to encourage youth, organization of the anniversaries of Annamacharya.

Website annamayya.org: Developed a website, www.annamayya.org, inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in 2000, updated latest in 2009. This is based on the life, teachings and service of Annamacharya and is the first of its kind.
- Annamayya Katha: Self-scripted musical feature, “Annamayya Katha” is a musician’s acclaim towards her devotion, which went onto become the basis for many story based programs of Annamacharya, as well as a long play record by the HMV Gramophone Company

Venkateswara Geeta Malika: First audio album, “Venkateswara Geeta Malika” was globally popular among Telugu community, and it successfully brought an awareness level to the compositions of Annamacharya

Rama Rasa Vahini: Served for two years as Project Officer for “Rama Rasa Vahini”, a music-based project in Endowments Dept, sponsored by Bhadrachalam Devasthanam.

Vaggeyakarotsavams: Under stewardship, annual “Vaggeyakarotsavams” of 1983 were celebrated in national level, in which, by encouragement, many artistes of international repute participated. Have been instrumental and played the most vital role in getting this project funded by over Five Lakhs by the A.P. Govt.

Tele-serial, “Sri Annamacharya”: Leveraged high imagination and mediating service by writing the story, script, screenplay, dialogues, music, and directing a tele-serial, “Sri Annamacharya” which was telecast over Doordarshan

Appointed and nominated: Nominated as a member on the South Zone Cultural Centre & South Central Zone Cultural Center in 1985; also appointed as a member on the advisory panel of regional ICCR; and served many years as Advisor, Annamacharya Project, TTD

Postage Stamp: Played a major role in getting the Postal Dept of Govt. of India to release the postage stamp of Annamacharya in Annamayyapuram

Audio Cassettes: “Venkateshwara Geeta Mallika” an audio cassette of Annamacharya Sankeertanas is popular among Telugu Communities all over the globe. As a freelance artiste, also made “Annamayya Venkata Ganam”,”Annamayya Manasa Ragam”, ”Annamayya pada vedam” & “Annamayya Hari Pada Nidhi” for TTD

CD in Hindi: Got translated a few Annamacharya Sankeertanas into Hindi and one such CD was released in 1999 by the then Union Broadcasting Minister

Mrs. M.S. Subbha Lakshmi’s Records: Have recorded around sixty Annamacharya Sankeertanas and sent the spools to Mrs. M.S. Subbha Lakshmi for long play records.

Music University: Currently working towards her vision of a Music University where students of music are also trained with additional benefits of Yoga, Meditation, Naturopathy and Philosophy to grow within and make an army of peace to create a world of love. The University offers human values based training to the students and profuce Saint Singers who in turn will render services through Music for the peace and harmony of the world.

Nagara Sankeerthana at Birmingham, UK: Lead the Nagara Sankeerthana at Birmingham, U.K. in connection with the 600 Birthday celebrations conducted by Govt. of A.P., TTD and European Telugu Association (ETA) on Oct. 28, 2007.

Sahitya Sadessulu: A lot of research work is going on the Music and Literature of Tallapakka Family of poets. The birth date of Pedda Tirumalacharya, the worthy son of Saint Annamacharya was discovered through the research work of A.B.V and A.B.V set the tradition of conducting the Birth anniversary of Pedda Tirumalacharya in 1999. Lot of information pertaining to the life history of the Saint is discovered by A.B.V. A.B.V conducts*"SAHITYA SADASSULU"* (literary seminars) on special occasions encouraging the study and research in the literature of Tallapakka poets.
- Social Awareness : A.B.V undertakes any programme that is useful for the Society. A.B.V was the first Organisation in Hyderabad to honour the parents of Major Padma Pani Acharya and Lance Naik Ramachandra Rao who have sacrificed their lifes in the battle of kargil for the sake of Mother Land.
Sri.K.V.K.Raju: Founder & Chairman (1985 to 1992) he was the chairman & Managing Director of Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited. He had amazing interest and devotion for spiritual subjects and spiritual practice. The moral support he extended to ABV is memorable.
Sri.G.S.Raju: 2nd Chairman (1993 to 1998). He was the chairman of SIRIS group. He supported the festivals and activities of ABV very much.
Sri K.S.Raju: 1998 to till now. The present chairman . He is the chairman and managing director of Nagarjuna Group. He could be called a Saint Industrialist. Ever since he became the chairman, ABV is achieving remarkable progress. He took initiative for the construction of ABV complex and Music University at Madhapur . And he is genuinely supporting the aims and objectives of ABV.
